Manufacturing Capabilities

Jorson Technologies use complex CNC machines in our workshop. CNC stands for Computerised Numerical Control. It is a computerised manufacturing process in which pre-programmed software and code control the movement of the equipment. Using CNC machines enables us to produce parts, components, engraving & cutouts with precision and accuracy.

CNC MILL

Our multi-axis CNC mill with an effective travel of 380mm x 280mm x 380mm (x,y,z) respectively. We can machine materials from thermoplastics to metals like aluminium, stainless steel, hard steel and titanium. Meets ISO standards with a machining tolerance range of +/- 0.1mm

CNC ROUTER

Our multi-axis CNC Router boasts a bed size of 2440 x 1220mm. It can cut all types of wood, thermoplastics, aluminium and stainless steel. With a tolerance range of +/- 0.1mm, we can create signs with 1mm lettering to cut out full sheets of acrylic for boat windows and custom-designed features

TURNING

Our lathe offers an effective travel of 153mm x 1000mm (x,y) and can fit up to a 350mm piece of stock for turning. We can turn hard plastics like nylon, aluminium, stainless steel and hard steel. Meets ISO standards with a machining tolerance range of +/- 0.1mm
